研究部概要

運動器整形外科では、手関節、脊椎、関節の臨床研究を行っています。
手関節分野では手関節のバイオメカニクス及び手関節鏡によるTFCC(三角線維軟骨複合体)損傷、舟状骨月状骨靱帯損傷、及び母指CM関節症の病態及び治療の確立に向けて臨床研究を行っています。
脊椎分野では最小侵襲手術方法の確立のためo-arm Navigationの有用性の臨床研究及び高齢者の骨粗鬆症性椎体骨折を機転としたsagittal imbalanceによる歩行障害の解析及び治療法の確立をめざしています。
関節分野では膝の全人工関節と片側人工関節の歩容変化と術前後の動態解析を行い治療法の適応研究をおこなっています。

研究テーマ

背景

① TFCC損傷のMRI及び手関節鏡による臨床病態解析

MRI撮影をTFCCに対してHerical撮影と茎状突起に対してparallelにscoutし、術中の関節鏡所見と対比して病態解析を行う。

② SL損傷に対するRASL法、SwieveLock法の3DCT解析比較

手術前後の3DCTを撮影し、靱帯再建後のRadiocarpal、及びMidcarpalのkinematicsを解析する。

③ 脊椎変形術前後のsagittal balance 評価

SterEOS imaging systemを用いたパラメータの計測を行い、各人にとって理想的な脊椎矯正位置について検討する。
